This small island is known for the whiteness of its sand and the beauty of its shores. Belintar the Stranger arrived there swimming in 1313, during the Closing. The Swimmer Temple (also called the Arrival Temple), one of the greatest holy spots for the Pharaoh's worshippers is not far from there, built on the exact spot where Belintar set foot on land, after swimming for a thousand days and nights, as the legend goes. |
